Monash Health provides a wide range and variety of resources to support, assist and promote your mental health and wellbeing as outlined below:

Peer Support

- A group of your Peers trained to listen in times of need
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Eight programs providing assistance and support

Provisional Pilot Program
- A one year pilot for funded by the Department of Justice for all first responders including all Nurses and Midwives
- You may choose this program if a workers compensation claim for a mental health injury is not approved
- Covers 13 weeks of continuous medical expenses

Mental Health and Wellbeing training developed in partnership with the Black Dog Institute
- Available on Latte – Monash Health Learning Platform (formerly Learning Management System – LMS)
- Consists of 4 x eLearning modules with accompanying podcast and fact sheets
- Managers will participate in a one hour face-to-face session
Occupational Violence and Aggression Support Pack
- Available on the OVA intranet page
- A printable pack providing a summary of support is available
Your manager
- Your manager is here to support you in times of need
Gymnasium at Clayton, Kingston and Dandenong
- Exercise may help your mental health and wellbeing, either on or off-site at a gym or simply going for a walk
