In early 2020, new Say Thank You and Recognise (STAR) thank you cards will begin to appear across Monash Health.
The new cards are easy to use and are a meaningful way to let a colleague know that you notice and appreciate their efforts.
Once you’ve shared a card, you can share a photo of you and your recipient to join the ‘Wall of Thanks’. Simply send a photo to professionaldevelopment@monashhealth.org.
