The recent rapid expansion of our data warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) Portal has resulted in some technical complications with access. As a result, the BI Portal needs to be reset. This is currently underway and during this time, some employees may be unable to open their usual dashboards or access the BI Portal.
We are working as quickly as possible to have the full functionality of the BI Portal available.
If you are designated as a Manager in Chris 21, your access should not be affected.
If you have any questions or cannot access the data that you need for your role, please discuss with your manager. If it is agreed you require access to BI Portal your manager can request this via your Executive.
