The People Matter Survey is now open, and we want to hear from you!
We are committed to listening to our employees and using the survey results to find out what we’re doing well, where we need to improve and how we can make Monash Health a great place to work.
Today we launch our tally leaderboards! The program with the highest response rate when the survey closes on Friday 25 June gets $1 for every survey completed by a Monash Health employee to use on a project to benefit their program.
The leaderboards will be regularly updated on the intranet and screensavers so you can keep track of your program and continue to encourage your colleagues to complete the survey.
In 2019, we received over 5,000 responses; if your program wins, you can expect to win a similar contribution. Community, the winning program in 2019, used the money to improve facilities in tea rooms across their sites. Think of all the ways your program could use the money, it could be an industry subscription, webinar or an update to your facilities!
The anonymous survey takes around 25 minutes to complete and can be saved and returned to later if you can’t complete the survey in one sitting.
