To ensure everyone has the chance to respond and help shape the way we work, we have extended the deadline to complete the survey until 5pm Friday 2 July.
In the last year, we have been on a remarkable and challenging journey. A lot of things have changed, so it is more important than ever that we understand what is working well and where we can improve.
We’re asking you to tell us how you feel about different aspects of work – your work environment, patient safety, health and wellbeing, collaboration, learning and development, diversity and inclusion.

The survey is run by a third party, and all responses are anonymous – Individual survey responses will not be provided to Monash Health. Strict rules are in place to safeguard anonymity at every stage of the survey process.
