2 September 2021 Update: Monash Health is no longer the operator of the St Kilda COVID-19 screening clinic at the Palais Theatre car park and the Peanut Farm Reserve pop-up vaccination clinic is now closed.
The Monash Health South East Public Health Unit has opened a new ‘pop-up’ COVID-19 vaccination clinic in St Kilda to support the community during the current local coronavirus outbreak. Monash Health also established a COVID-19 testing clinic in St Kilda which is now being run by another operator.
Katherine Dowson (pictured), the Director of the South Eastern Centre Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence at Monash Health, is one of the many who has been helping at the new COVID-19 testing clinic next to the Palais Theatre.
Thank you to all Monash Health employees who continue to work so hard in protecting and supporting the community against COVID-19.
For vaccination, the community can visit the pop-up clinic at Peanut Farm Reserve, St Kilda. Local residents can attend the vaccination clinic by walk-in, which operates 9am to 5pm, seven days a week. Lines may close early due to demand, and anyone located outside of the area should visit the Victorian Government’s vaccination webpage to find clinics nearby.
For testing, locals can visit the COVID-19 screening clinic at the Palais Theatre car park in St Kilda. The clinic will provide both drive-through and walk-up COVID-19 testing from 9am to 6pm, seven days a week.
