Monash Health would like to acknowledge our colleague Koby Poole who passed away with two of her children, Chloe and Harrison, in tragic circumstances on Friday, 20 August.
Koby was a Monash Health team member for ten years, working at the Kingston Centre on South 6.
Known for her love of her family and children, Koby was always happy to share photos of her children’s milestones. She leaves behind her partner Craig and two boys, Lachlan and Liam. Our thoughts are with her family at this difficult time.
The team at the Kingston Centre are deeply saddened by the news of Koby’s passing. Her friends and colleagues will greatly miss her.
