Introducing the Digital Wellbeing Series by The Resilience Project

Last month, Monash Health’s Mental Health Program were pleased to announce that The Resilience Project’s Digital Discovering Resilience Program was available for employees.

In the first phase of the program, employees had access to an exclusive webinar presentation by Founding Director and Facilitator of The Resilience Project, Hugh van Cuylenburg. His presentation offered an introduction to the Resilience Project’s three main strategies, practising gratitude, empathy and mindfulness.

We are excited to announce that the second phase of the program, the Digital Wellbeing Series, is now available for employees to access. The series includes 10x three-minute videos covering a range of topics including gratitude, emotional literacy and sleep.

We encourage you to organise a time to watch the series in your teams or individually at a time that suits you. Within your team encourage active participation and facilitate discussions about the different topics and how you can implement the strategies into your daily routines.

The series is available for 12 months and can be viewed as many times as you see fit.

To access the Digital Wellbeing Series log in to LATTE and search ‘The Resilience Project’ in Find Learning.
