To support employees and their families access COVID-19 vaccinations for children, Monash Health will run a ‘pop-up’ vaccination clinic for 5 to 11 year olds on Saturday 22 January and Sunday 23 January at Clinic D, Monash Medical Centre.
The children’s pop-up vaccination clinic will be available only to employees’ children aged 5 to 11 years.
Bookings are available now. To book, employees can call the Monash Health COVID-19 Bookings Hotline on (03) 8572 2156 from 8am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday).
In addition, employees’ household members who are 12 years of age or older can now walk-in at Sandown, Cranbourne, or Dandenong vaccination clinics – no booking required – when accompanied by an employee for a vaccination appointment. Alternatively, we have bookings available which can be made online or by calling the Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 675 398 between 8 am and 8 pm, 7 days a week.
If any of your friends and family are 18 years of age or older and it has been four months since their second vaccine dose, they are due for their third dose (booster). People who are severely immunocompromised can receive a fourth dose of vaccine four months after their third primary dose.
As vaccination capacity becomes more available, we look forward to having further opportunities such as these in the weeks ahead to support you, your family and household members to be protected against COVID-19.
