Mandatory workplace inspections are now due for completion
Workplace inspections are critical to making sure we provide a safe working environment. They are also a mandatory component of our health and safety responsibility and assist in identifying and controlling any workplace hazards.
Workplace inspections are due to be completed by Thursday 31 March 2022. We encourage you to download the department workplace inspection forms, which are available via Protect, and allocate time to complete any outstanding inspection tasks.
Next steps
Workplace inspection actions are due for completion within the assigned timeframes. Managers are responsible for ensuring that risk is controlled as far as practical and are accountable for the closure of the actions within a program.
To support this, managers have the functionality to manage due dates for their open Workplace Inspection Actions.
