Introducing the Monash Health Research Repository

We’re excited to share with you the Monash Health Research Repository (MHRR). The MHRR is a publicly accessible database collating the significant contribution Monash Health makes to research and health system improvement.

Head over to the MHRR to create your Researcher Profile or to submit your research to the repository.

Gillian Kilby, Clinical Librarian at Monash Medical Centre, emphasises that the MHRR is for everyone.

“The repository is for all Monash Health, and we’re trying to capture research that’s occurring across the entire organisation. Not just medical and nursing teams, but also engineering or IT or whoever is producing research.”

The MHRR already contains over 17,000 items, including journal articles, book chapters, and conference abstracts.

“I encourage everyone to create a profile if they don’t already have one on there and submit their work so that we’re getting the most complete picture of research at Monash Health,” says Gillian.

Here’s how you can get started:

Contact the Library team (library@monashhealth.org or extension 42600) for more information or to book a 5-minute presentation at a team meeting.
