What if I have questions or further enquiries?
If you experience any difficulty with the Microsoft Edge browser, please first attempt to restart your device, and try again.
If you continue to experience an urgent, clinical impact in Microsoft Edge (e.g., patient forms are not opening or displaying correctly), please contact the IT service desk on 9594 7255 or via the IT intranet portal.
Please note:
- The Internet Explorer icon may still be discoverable on some devices (for example in the start-up menu), allowing you to still click on the icon, but it will redirect to Microsoft Edge to open
- All Payroll and IT forms have been tested in MS Edge and will continue to work and be available to receive requests
- Google Chrome will not be affected by this change and will continue to function in its usual capacity
