Plans are in place for new food, beverage and convenience retailers at Monash Medical Centre.
From 7pm on Thursday 30 June Mr Clayton’s will close, to make way for two new café retailers.
These new retailers will open over the coming months and will provide diverse new menus and healthy food options. There will be a convenient ‘grab-and-go’ food and beverage retailer as well as a full service sit-down café.
From 1 July a pop-up café will be operating temporarily outside Lecture Theatre 1. The pop-up café will serve hot drinks including fair-trade coffee, cold drinks, sandwiches, wraps and other light food options.
Gigil in Monash Children’s Hospital and Nesso in the Translational Research Facility will continue to operate as usual.
