As part of the implementation of the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 (EA) please see below the timelines for when you can expect to receive your wage increase, retention payments and any back payment owed to you (where applicable):

Our payroll team is currently managing a number of EA changes plus the implementation of the Winter Retention and Surge Payment, so we thank you for your patience while we work to make these payments as quickly and accurately as possible. We will look to bring forward the payments if viable and will let you know as soon as we can if these payment dates change.
