Monash Health has several Enterprise Agreements currently in various stages of bargaining, with the following two proposed agreements going to ballot shortly:
- Doctors in Training (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022 – 2026
- Medical Specialists (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022 – 2026
Later this week we will email copies of the proposed Enterprise Agreements, a summary of changes and balloting instructions to employees covered by the above Enterprise Agreements.
The ballots for both Enterprise Agreements will open on 13 October 2022 and close at 5pm on 23 October 2022.
Where the Enterprise Agreements are approved by the majority of employees, they will be lodged with the Fair Work Commission by 4 November 2022. We expect that the approval process by the Fair Work Commission may take some weeks.
We understand that the below Enterprise Agreements will be balloted in the coming weeks. We will provide more information when balloting dates are confirmed.
- Victorian Public Health Sector (Dental Therapist, Dental Hygienists and Oral Health Therapists’) Enterprise Agreement
- Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) Enterprise Agreement
- Victorian Public Health Sector (Biomedical Engineers) Enterprise Agreement
- Victorian Public Health Sector (Medical Scientists, Pharmacists & Psychologists) Enterprise Agreement
