The Doctors in Training (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022 – 2026 and the Medical Specialists (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026 (the Enterprise Agreements) have recently come into operation.
The Enterprise Agreements provide for an initial pay increase and patience in bargaining payment as follows:
- 2.75% pay increase effective FFPPOA 1 March 2022; and
- once off lump sum patience in bargaining payment of 2.5% of ordinary wages calculated between 1 January 2022 and 28 February 2022.
The above payments will be made as follows:
- The first pay increase (not including back-pay) will be processed for the fortnight ending 27 November 2022
- The patience in bargaining payment will be paid for the fortnight ending 11 December 2022, and
- Any back-pay associated with the pay increase effective FFPPOA 1 March 2022 will be paid for the fortnight ending 25 December 2022.
A working group including Payroll, Employee Relations and Monash Doctors Workforce has been established to review and implement all other terms and conditions arising from the Enterprise Agreements.
Separate SMS and JMS Agreement Implementation Committees are also being established and will include SMS and JMS representatives to further develop implementation strategies for these Enterprise agreements.
