Available for all our employees, the Digital Wellbeing Series by the Resilience Project includes ten 3-minute videos covering topics including mindfulness, emotional literacy, and social connection.
Each topic in the series includes strategies you can introduce into your daily routine to prioritise your health and mental wellbeing.
To make new lasting habits, it is important to start small, add in one change at a time and to remain consistent.
