Nursing and Midwifery scholarship applications for 2023 are now open for all students undertaking eligible postgraduate study in the 2023 or 2024 calendar year.
If you are enrolled in postgraduate study for 2023 and have secured a position in your area of specialty, scholarships are available to support you to upskill and develop new skills.
Nursing and Midwifery Postgraduate Scholarships are provided by the Department of Health to support registered nurses and midwives to undertake postgraduate study in areas of clinical practice where there is an identified workforce need.
You will need to fit eligibility criteria and be working in a priority area identified by the Department of Health. Areas of priority include midwifery, aged care, intensive care, emergency, and oncology. Clinical specialties including pediatrics, medical/surgical, renal and neurology will also be considered.
Applications close at midnight on 3 February 2023.
