As a manager, please encourage your teams to get vaccinated or complete the declaration form.
Managers with Business Intelligence Portal access please log in, following the steps below and check the status of each of your team members.
At Monash Health we expect all clinical employees to receive their Influenza vaccine and recommend every employee gets vaccinated, including those working in a non-clinical role.
If employees have recieved the vaccine outside of Monash Health or are not participating in receiving the flu vaccine, they must still complete the quick online declaration form.
After this week, ongoing vaccination for Influenza will become limited, and we urge you to encourage your team to make the most of the convenient times and locations listed here. After this, they will need to visit local Infection Prevention Office to receive their Influenza vaccination at the limited times listed here.
Business Intelligence portal log in details
- Visit the Business Intelligence Portal – Human Resources – Flu Vaccinations
- When logging in, simply use your employee ID in your email. E.g. 123456@monashhealth.org, instead of name2@monashhealth.org
- Enter your Monash Health password as normal
- Select appropriate cost centre.
