As we enter the new financial year, employees under certain Enterprise Agreements will receive salary increases, as laid out in those agreements.
The impacted Enterprise Agreements are:
- Health & Allied, Management & Administrative Workers*
- JMPH Support Services
- Mental Health Services Agreement
Pay increases will be reflected in the following pay cycles:
| N Pay | Pay Fortnight Ending 16 July | Pay Date Thursday 20 July |
| H Pay | Pay Fortnight Ending 23 July | Pay Date Thursday 27 July |
* For employees under the managers and administrative stream in Grades 1A to Grade 5 classification, the salary increases will be paid on the above dates where employees had more than 12 months’ service as at 1 July 2021. For all other Grade 1A to Grade 5 employees, the next salary increase will occur on your anniversary date.
