SMR Referral Triage – Searching by Specialty

Thank you for your support over the past six weeks as we have adopted the upgraded SMR.  While there are many benefits for the new system, we have encountered some issues triaging patients which has resulted in a buildup of cases waiting to be triaged.

We are working with the vendor to make a modification to simplify the triaging process, however in the meantime we are seeking your support.

Clinicians triaging referrals are asked to use the “Specialty” field to filter for the relevant referrals. Do not use the “Subspecialty” field.

To triage:

  1. Select “Awaiting triage”
  2. Select your “Specialty”
