We’re pleased to announce the upcoming People matter employee survey 2023, which will run from Monday 16 October to Friday 3 November.
The People matter survey is an annual employee survey conducted across the Victorian Public Sector. It is a safe and anonymous opportunity to share your thoughts and help shape the future of our health service.
This year’s survey will ask about your experience working at Monash Health, including workplace culture, manager support, leadership, equal employment opportunity and wellbeing.
Why Your Participation Counts
We know that the wellbeing and satisfaction of our employees directly impact the quality of care we provide to our patients. The People matter employee survey is designed to gauge your experiences, understand your challenges, and identify areas for growth and enhancement. The insights you provide will be used to help us continue to build a sustainable health service that empowers each and every one of us.
Your Time, Your Pace
We understand that you’re busy, and your time is precious. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete but can be saved, allowing you to fill it out over several sessions. Your participation is optional, but it’s highly encouraged. Regardless of your role or work location, your input matters.
Supporting Your Participation
To support you in completing the survey, we are providing managers with tools and ways in which they can provide time for their teams. Your valuable input will contribute directly to building a positive, ethical workplace culture, which, in turn, results in better outcomes for the community we serve.
Mark Your Calendars
The survey opens in just one week, starting from Monday, 16 October. Your contribution will make a real difference. Let’s come together to shape the future of Monash Health.
