We have a new Go-Live date!
While the Baret application is ready to go for the rest of our inpatient clinicians to start using across the organisation, we need longer to prepare devices.
Our Allied Health, Psychology and Pharmacy clinicians, along with many of our Nurses/Midwives in Charge, NaMES educators and Clinical Nurse/Midwife Consultants, require a mobile device to replace their pager. It is important to ensure these devices are set up appropriately and provided to the right clinicians to ensure a smooth transition to Baret. Given this, we have made the decision to delay Go-Live by two weeks.
This means our inpatient clinicians will transition to using Baret at all hours of the day, when working on-site, on Wednesday 29 November, instead of this Wednesday. Until then, clinicians should continue to use current communication methods.
Log On Events cancelled
The Baret Log On Events planned for this week at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton and Monash Children’s Hospital as well as at Dandenong and Casey Hospitals have been cancelled. This is to allow our team to check on devices that have already been deployed to clinicians across sites.
I’m a NaMES clinician or Clinical Nurse/Midwife Consultant and require a device to replace my pager
If you are a nurse/midwifery educator or CNC/CMC, and currently carry a pager but do not wish to use your personal phone, you will require a Monash Wi-Fi-enabled phone. Please email baret@monashhealth.org and we will ensure you are provided with a device prior to Go-Live.
It’s still important to be Baret ready!
Use the next two weeks to ensure you are ready to transition to Baret:
- Baret Latte training – 10 mins
- Optional Baret webinars – 30 mins
- Know which Baret role to clock on to – find your role in Baret now, to ensure you are ready for Go-Live
- Further information is available on the Baret Knowledge Hub page
