Our Cultural and Linguistic Diversity (CALD) committee’s vision is to ensure we respect and include everyone regardless of the language they speak, how they look, where they come from or what they believe.
In March the committee celebrated Harmony Week across Monash Health by encouraging employees to participate in the Harmony Week Quiz. The quiz encouraged employees to learn about different cultures using the Cultural Atlas tool and then complete the 10 questions.
From the almost 200 entries from both teams and individuals across Monash Health, 35 got the perfect score and went in the draw to win one of ten dining vouchers.
Congratulations to the below winners:
- Alana Lam, Moorabbin Theatre
- Carolyn Poyser, Dandenong ICU
- Catherine MacRae, Physiotherapy
- Darlene Fosberry, Kingston Screening Team
- Gayathri Kurukulasuriya , Organisational Development and Learning
