Three Japanese women from a non-government organisation for victims of sexual assault that was formed 3 years ago, came to SECASA to discuss service provision and funding.  The visitors were  Dr Nao Taguchi, a gynaecologist who started the service, Ms Tomomi Fukuoka, a Feminist Counsellor and Ms Hiroko Takahama, an Art Therapist. They were accompanied by Yukali Armstrong who interpreted for us all and was able to clarify cultural differences. The visitors saw the Dandenong Multicultural Centre, a modern building, and the East Bentleigh Office which is located in a old weather board building.
