Men’s Health Week

Men’s Health Week is celebrated each year from 10 – 16 June to highlight men’s health.

The theme this year is “Keeping Boys and Men Healthy” which highlights awareness of preventable health problems and encourages early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys.

More males die at every stages through the life course, more males have accidents, more males take their own lives and more males suffer from lifestyle-related health conditions than females at the same age.

The purpose of Men’s Health Week is to encourage men to talk about their health and promote awareness about the issues that affect men.

Encourage the men in your life to talk about their health and seek medical attention if they are suffering from a health problem.

Be part of the discussion and help raise awareness to create a healthier environment for men!
