As we prepare to launch our EMR and continue to upgrade computers, our Information Technology department is consistently experiencing high workloads.

To help us service your IT needs more efficiently, several changes are required:

  • Before calling the IT Helpdesk, please log your problem with our Service Desk Helpdesk system
  • Please ensure that your mobile number is up to date in HR 21/Chris21 for the following reasons:
    • SMS notification is required when using remote access to authenticate your login information – there will be an increased reliance on this service as we progressively work through training and the subsequent release of our EMR; and
    • SMS notification is required for login password reset requests.

How to update your number

To update your number, login to HR 21/Chris21  and update your details under “My details | Addresses”.

If you have been provided a Monash Health paid phone service, you must ensure this number is stored in HR 21/Chris21.
