All employees involved in patient care: complete EMR ‘View Only’ training before 19 August

There is only a little over a month to go before the EMR Go-Live at Dandenong and Cranbourne. This transformational program will touch every aspect of our organisation from the first Go-Live.

This being the case, unless you have already completed all your EMR online training, every employee involved in patient care, across all sites, will need to complete the online ‘EMR View Only’ training module before Monday 19 August 2019.

This is to ensure that you are able to access the EMR and view the latest patient information as required, if any of their record has already been documented in the EMR from a live site.

You can access the module, and associated quiz, via our online learning management system, LATTE. The module should take approximately one hour to complete.

Your logon details and access to view records in the EMR will only be granted when you complete this module.

Please note, whilst you are require to complete the View Only module before 19 August, you can complete the remainder of your e-Learning prior to your face-to-face training.

If you have any queries or concerns, please contact the EMR Training Team.
