As we start the new financial year, it’s time to book in a Give Me Five conversation with your manager. These conversations are a chance to have meaningful discussions about your experience at work, and to create a development plan that helps you succeed now and into the future.
Give me Five is our tool to support regular, meaningful conversations between you and your manager. The intent is to create a shared understanding between you and your manager to help get the best outcomes for everyone.
What do you need to do?
- Book in a time with your manager for your Give Me Five conversation.
- Download the Give Me Five template and try to complete it ahead of your conversations. Don’t worry if you struggle; the conversation is what’s important, not the piece of paper! Tips for completing the Give Me Five template can be found here.
