We all need sleep, but increasingly we are not getting enough. Join us at the 2019 Pyjama Fun Run to support sleep health!
On Sunday October 27 the Pyjama Fun Run event will be held at Princes Park, Carlton. You can register to run 9.6km or walk/run 3.2km around the beautiful Princes Park, wearing your comfy pyjamas! On the day registrations open at 8am, with the first event commencing at 10:30am. Race completion times will also be available for those looking for a bit of healthy competition.

Lack of sleep is leading to a range of disorders that affect all aspects of our lives from mood to diet. All the funds raised through your registration and fundraising page will support the Monash Health Lung and Sleep department. More specifically, your fundraising will help purchase special machines to help people with sleep apnoea, and research projects to better understand and promote sleep health.
Participate in this fun filled event (wearing your PJs!) and support your own sleep health, and the health of our community.

Sunday 27 October, registration opens from 9am, walk/run start at 10:30am
We suggest arriving 40 minutes earlier to your start time to allow you to find a car park, change into your pyjamas if needed and collect your Pyjama Fun Run bibs.
3.2km or 6.4km walk/run, or 9.6km run
