
Please be advised that the Finance Department will have reduced services from 27 December 2019 and will return to normal services on 2 January 2020. Please refer to the following details:
Cashiers – Clayton, Dandenong, Kingston and Casey
Closed 25 & 26 December 2019, 1 January 2020.
Please note, on 24 December 2019 and 31 December 2019 cashiers will close at 2.30pm. On all other days normal operating hours apply.
Accounts Receivable
Closed 27 December 2019.
Only basic resources will be available from 30 December 2019 and will resume to normal services from 2 January 2020.
Sundry Debtor – Sundry Billing requests close on 19 December 2019 and will reopen on 2 January 2020.
Accounts Payable
Please note the following dates for submission of invoices:
- Invoices submitted before COB on 18 December 2019 will be included in the payment run on 20 December 2019.
- Invoices submitted after COB on 18 December 2019 will be included in the payment run on 8 January 2020.
Only basic resources will be available from 30 December to 2 January 2020.
General Ledger and Financial Planning and Analysis
Only basic resources will be available from 27 December 2019 and will resume to normal services from 2 January 2020.
