To support the increasing number of employees working from home or remotely, we have upgraded to Citrix Windows 10 Desktop access.
This means that when you login remotely via Citrix, you will have access to the Monash Health desktop, giving you access to most of the applications you access while at work.
To do this:
- Go to your browser and enter: portal.monashhealth.org;
- Select ‘desktops’ tab; and
- Clinical employees with TOTO access will see ‘MH-Clinical Desktop’ and administration and support teams will see ‘Monash Health Remote Desktop’ – click on the desktop that applies to you.

Please note that if you are Office 365 enabled you will not be able to access this within the Citrix desktop. Similarly, you will not be able to run Webex within the Citrix desktop. This is by design as both of these applications should be run from your local computer desktop.
