The last few weeks have seen us all quickly and admirably adapt from face-to-face meetings and events to using Webex.
When scheduling your next Webex Meeting please keep them to 25 minutes or 45 minutes in duration.
This will allow your attendees, who may have adjacent meetings, time to join their next Webex Meeting or Event.
Joining a Webex Event requires registration prior to joining and this step can take 5 to 10 minutes, so that extra few minutes can really make a difference and reduces the pressure on your colleagues.
In addition, the timings allow everyone to take a break, stretch and keep up their wellbeing routines which we are all getting accustomed to in this new style of working.
