Ensuring our employees feel supported is the driver behind a short employee survey which is now live.
In sending the survey to all employees, Chief Executive Andrew Stripp said, “Over recent months you have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic through exemplary teamwork, dedication to our community, and each other and continued to provide safe, high-quality care.
“As we transition to a ‘new normal’, I want to ensure you are supported while we embed our COVID-19 response in conjunction with the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.”
“The results of the survey will help us understand how the efforts put in place throughout this time are working and where further effort is needed.
“This is vital in guiding our ongoing pandemic response and supporting our employees through any ongoing challenges,” Andrew said.
All Monash Health employees are invited to take five minutes to fill in the survey, which asks about the effectiveness of initiatives implemented in recent weeks, whether you are feeling supported and safe, whether the communication has been timely, and more. There is also the opportunity to provide comments.
You will not be asked to provide your name or personal details. Basic demographic data about site location, profession, and whether you are in a patient–facing role is being collected, so that feedback can be provided in a meaningful way to the executive and managers.
Results will also be presented back via iNews and employee forums.
