If you have been working at home during COVID-19, you will be able to apply for a reimbursement of car parking deductions made for this period. You should apply for this when you return to working onsite permanently or an initial refund can be requested up to and including the 30 June 2020.
Those eligible for the refund will need to log a payroll query, which includes a refund form signed by their manager.
If you worked from home for only part of your contracted hours, you will only be reimbursed for the days you worked from home.
We will initially provide refunds for the period finishing 30 June 2020, with reimbursements to be processed in July. Details of the process for refunds for the period from 1 July onwards will be advised in due course.
