Payment summaries coming in the mail, so update your address

Payroll will be sending this year’s 20192020 Payment Summaries by mail.  

To ensure your Payment Summary is delivered to the correct address, please log in to HR 21/Employee Self Service before Wednesday 24 June and check that your address is up to date.  

Payment Summaries will be mailed out within the first week of July and are expected to be delivered prior to 14 July, depending on Australia Post workloads. 

Payment Summary information will also be supplied to the Australian Taxation Office by 14 July, which means automatic data pre-filling will be available should you wish to complete your tax return online or see a tax accountant. 

An upgrade to the latest HR21/Employee Self Service software is not possible which means we are not able to make this year’s 2019-2020 Payment Summaries available online. 

Reprints of Payment Summaries will be available again from late July. 

Director of Shared Services, Jenny Smith, said she realised it was not ideal to be moving back to paper Payment Summaries this year and apologised for the inconvenience. The new software will be in place to allow for online Payment Summaries again for the next financial year.
