The STAR (Say Thanks And Recognise) program was introduced to focus on supporting our relentless pursuit of excellence through acknowledging and celebrating individuals and teams, who bring to life and demonstrate their commitment to our guiding principles and values.
We see so many of these extraordinary examples of kindness, respect, and excellence every day across Monash Health in our response to COVID-19 and now is the time we have the rewarding job of selecting just a few to take out the awards. The January to June half of the year saw over 233 nominations made via our STAR portal, letting us know about extraordinary examples of kindness, respect, and excellence across Monash Health.
Join us over the next three weeks at the Thursday employee forums as we acknowledge our winners and hear about some of the fantastic achievements.
