If you receive notification from the Department Health and Human Services’ Public Health team that you have been classified as a ‘close contact’ of a COVID-19 case, you must notify our infection prevention team immediately. You can do this Monday-Friday 8am-5pm by calling your site Infection Prevention team (via switch) or contacting Rhonda Stuart via switch, after hours.
