As part of our ongoing work to improve and enhance our digital infrastructure for you, a new Wi-Fi network has been rolled out across Monash Health.
Employees working on-site will need to transition and connect their personal devices to the new Wi-Fi network.
Monash Health-issued devices that have an on-site connection will be unaffected. Only personal devices that you wish to connect to Wi-Fi, such as your mobile phone, tablet or personal laptop, will need to be connected manually.
Please note: The current Wi-Fi network, ‘SHWifi’ will be turned off on Wednesday, 10 September.
What do I need to do?
If you’re an employee working on-site and want to connect your personal device(s) to the new Wi-Fi network, you can find device-specific guides on the Monash Health Wi-Fi page of the COVID-19 employee website.
Employees currently working from home, rest assured you can connect your personal devices to the new Wi-Fi network once you return to the workplace safely.
Need some help?
If you have trouble accessing the network, please call the IT Helpdesk.
