If you have been working exclusively from home or at a temporary off-site COVID-19 location without dedicated employee parking, you may be eligible for reimbursement of car parking deductions.
You can apply either when you return to work onsite permanently, or at the end of each financial quarter, with the current period ending September 30, 2020.
If eligible you need to complete the attached form, making sure to complete all the required fields before sending it to your manager for approval.
Managers are requested to complete a spreadsheet for bulk refunds and submit this by logging a Payroll query via the Payroll Homepage.
