A reminder that the Prompt systems upgrade for Monash Health and Jessie McPherson Private Hospital are just around the corner.
What’s happening
From Wednesday, 25 November, we’re introducing a range of improvements and enhancements as part of a planned upgrade to both Monash Health and Jessie McPherson Private Hospital Prompt systems.
What do I need to do?
You will still have access and be able to view all existing documents during the upgrade process, however, to ensure an accurate and efficient transition only urgent documents that require escalation will be uploaded to Prompt from Monday, 23 November until the morning of Wednesday, 25 November.
All of our Prompt policies, procedures, clinical guidelines and documents will be migrated as part of the upgrade.
Existing links to Prompt documents in the EMR, as well as embedded links throughout our platforms and systems, will remain active during and after the upgrade process.
What are the benefits?
Improved look and feel and exciting new features, including:
- improved search results and functionality
- the ability to preview of documents before you download
- new/updated documents highlighted on the dashboard
- password reset functionality
- mobile-friendly platform
