Working remotely survey – have your say on the workplace of the future

We are currently working to refine our approach to working remotely and we’re keen to have input from those who have been working remotely. You can have your say by filling out the short survey.

This is a great opportunity to have a say on the workplace of the future and help make sure it works well for everyone.

In the last year, we have seen many roles previously performed onsite, moved to a remote working model, if they could be performed safely. This change was well-received and has continued benefits for our workforce. However, it has also presented some new challenges. It is important we know what you need moving forward, so that we can plan appropriately.

This is an opportunity for you to tell us about how you have been working these past few months. We want to make sure we are giving you all the tools you need to continue to perform your role safely, whether that be onsite, remotely or both.

We’re asking you to tell us more about the way you work such as whether your role can only be performed onsite or if there are particular sites you need to attend on a regular basis. We also want to know about your wellbeing and what additional support we can provide. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback about what has been working for you and the challenges you may have faced.

The survey is confidential and is open until the Friday 26 March. You can access it here.

At a recent forum, Chief Financial Officer Stuart Donaldson spoke about our plans for remote working. If you missed the forum, you can view it on the Monash Health COVID-19 website.
