Patient Experience Week (26 – 30 April 2021) is an opportunity to recognise the important work that Monash Health employees and Consumer Advisors undertake to enhance the patient’s experience of Monash Health services.
This year as part of Patient Experience Week, you are being invited to submit an A3 poster showcasing your consumer participation activities. There are some great prizes on offer and your poster will be printed and displayed during the week.
Consumer participation provides us with a broader perspective of what matters to our patients, carers and families, which can be used to improve the patient experience.
Consumer participation is everyone’s responsibility and there are some fantastic examples across Monash Health.
The poster competition will allow us to celebrate and showcase the wonderful consumer participation projects that have taken place over the past three years.
Monash Health employees and Consumer Advisors are invited to submit an A3 poster which showcases an improvement project that engaged consumers in understanding the problems and identifying the solutions and briefly list:
- The improvement opportunity (what was the identified need)
- How consumers were engaged (in the improvement project)
- What changed (as a result of consumer engagement)
Our Community Advisory Committee will judge the entries and we have a number of Woolworths/Big W voucher prizes for the winning posters!
Winners will be announced during Patient Experience Week.
