Online pre-registration is launching across all Monash Health COVID-19 screening clinics

In partnership with the Department of Health, we’ve introduced the online COVID-19 Testing Registration form, Test Tracker, at Monash Health testing sites. This will help significantly in speeding up the screening process.

It’s live at Casey Fields, Pakenham and Dandenong drive-through testing sites, and Dandenong walk-in clinic.  Clayton site will go live in coming weeks.

How does it work?

Patients can complete the form either prior to attending the testing site or while waiting. Patients will receive a unique number (PIN), valid for 90 days, which they provide to screening teams prior to testing. A valid Medicare card must still be provided.

Test Tracker is an end-to-end technology that supports the reduction of COVID-19 transmission in our community. We’re now integrating with our pathology system, to ensure tests and results are received as quickly as possible.

It streamlines the process, meaning less administrative work, and a shorter wait time for our community at screening clinics.
