Updates to patient information documents – falls and pressure injuries

The following Monash Health patient information documents have been updated:

• Staying Safe to Prevent Falls
• Staying Safe to Prevent Pressure Injuries

Both English language and translated versions of the updated documents are available on PROMPT and the intranet.

Please discard all other superseded patient information documents.
