Significant enhancement has occurred within the EMR Clinical Leader Organiser (CLO).
The CLO now has new columns to assist you in overviewing all the patients on a ward and improving the quality of the Nurse/Midwife in Charge handover.
On the Patient Care Overview tab you will find new columns which include:
- Care Plans,
- Risk Assessments (4AT now has a score and a trend indicator)
- High Risks (including Behaviours of Concern)
- Peripheral Intravenous Catheters
- All Lines and Devices
- Wound and Ostomies
- MET/Clinical review, and
- Sepsis alerts.
On the Patient Progress Overview tab the new columns include:
- Further documentation visibility such as Ward Round notes,
- All Other Referrals and Consults.
