From Tuesday 14th September, access to level 1 of the Dandenong Hospital’s multideck carpark will be restricted, with a hoarding setup in place to prevent staff from turning right into the basement carparks.
Hoarding will be removed Sunday 3rd October once remediation work is completed.
How will it impact me?
Employees entering the hospital between 0700hrs to 0900hrs Monday to Friday will be directed to park at Chisholm TAFE carpark, Stud Road Entry to park and be directed to enter the hospital via the east entrance. See map below for reference.
Chisholm TAFE carpark closes at 8pm daily. Employees are advised to call security via their control room on 1300 582 483 if walking to their car after hours. Security Guards will be available to escort staff to their cars, ensuring employee safety.
Employees who require close access to the hospital due to medical reasons should consult with Dana Kiley, Deputy Director of Nursing/Operations Manager, to attain an exemption.
We encourage employees who are able to work from home during this time to continue, with consent from their manager.
