Severe weather impacts – Update
Following this morning’s advice about the impact of severe weather across the health service, we are now able to provide the following updates.
Monash Medical Centre – all impacts resolved
- ED hoarding has been repaired.
Dandenong – all impacts resolved
- Site has returned to running entirely on mains power
Casey – all impacts resolved
- Damage to the Ambulance Victoria tents and marquees is being addressed.
- CT is operational
- Lifts are operational
Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre – outstanding impacts
- Site is still running on generator power
Kingston – all impacts resolved
- Site and Central Production Kitchen have returned to running on mains power
Moorabbin – no issues reported
- No issues reported
Vaccination Clinics – some impacts resolved
- Cranbourne Turf Club Vaccination Centre – Site will remain closed today
- Frankston Bayside Vaccination Centre – Site will remain closed today
- Sandown Drive-through Vaccination Clinic – Drive through clinic will remain closed today. Sandown walk up clinic remains open.
Testing Clinics: – some impacts resolved
- Clayton – The Clayton testing clinic is now operational
- Dandenong – Site will remain closed today
Home visits
Services have resumed, with workarounds in place where required due to locations being impacted by the storms.
Fallen trees / branches
Fallen trees and branches have been addressed where access or safety issues were identified. Other debris is being cleared over the remainder of the day across all sites. In the main this has consisted of smaller branches.
