Important change to Employee COVID-19 Hotline – new number from Thursday 4 November

From today, Thursday 4 November, the Employee COVID-19 Hotline number has changed to 8572 5610 

The change comes as a result of a network upgrade that will allow the team to operate with greater efficiency when receiving a high volume of calls from employees.   

The Hotline will continue to operate from 7am to 8pm, 7 days a week, providing information and advice to employees.  

What can I call the hotline for? 

The Employee COVID-19 Hotline is available to help answer any questions or concerns you may have about your health as a result of COVID-19. The Hotline is an additional service for Monash Health employees, volunteers and consumer advisors and is available to call from any Monash Health campus, from home, or off-site. 

You should make use of it if you are sick, experiencing any of the relevant COVID-19 symptoms, or if you are worried about potential contact with someone who has been exposed to COVID-19. Your call will be triaged so that you are quickly directed to the most appropriate person to help address your needs. 

Please remember this is a number for Monash Health employees, volunteers and consumer advisors only, and must be kept clear to prioritise the needs of our people. If your family member or friends have concerns about their health, please ask them to call the Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 675 398.
