Join the Resilient and Revitalised Team Challenge!

We’re excited to announce the launch of the all-new Resilient and Revitalised Team Challenge, starting Monday 22nd November.

The four-week challenge is free for all employees and aims to help you build resilience, improve your sleeping habits and feel more relaxed.

So, start rounding up your team! Talk to your colleagues and family members, and get them on board. Every week there is the opportunity to win some great prizes – don’t miss out.

About the challenge

The Resilient and Revitalised Team Challenge will run from Monday 22nd November to Sunday 19th December.

To participate in the challenge, the first thing you need to do is join a team of between two to six people and assign a team captain. Your team can consist of your colleagues, as well as family members who wish to join.

The challenge involves completing weekly missions both individually and as a team. Each mission will focus on a different theme:

  • Week 1 – Turn Tense into Strength
  • Week 2 – Disconnect to Connect
  • Week 3 – Ignite your Energy
  • Week 4 – Rest and Revitalise

Come up with a fun team name and work together to achieve your team’s weekly target points and potentially win some great prizes.

The challenge is a fun, easy way to improve your overall wellbeing and develop small daily habits to last a lifetime. It will also help you better manage work pressures, optimise your home life, and become refreshed and energised.

At the end of the challenge, you will walk away not only with skills and techniques to better manage stress and feel more relaxed but also with a range of resources that you can download and refer to in the future.

For more information on the challenge and how it will run, please review the Resilient and Revitalised Team Challenge overview flyer.
